Turn Treatment Plans Into Healthy Smiles!
We are looking for an experienced, confident, and patient-focused Dental Treatment Coordinator who can help patients understand the value of their dental treatment, make informed decisions, and move forward with the care they need.
This is not simply a desk job. We need someone who takes ownership of treatment acceptance, follows up consistently, communicates confidently, and works closely with doctors and the front office team to help the practice reach its goals.
We are a privately owned dental practice committed to exceptional patient care, teamwork, and growth. We want a team member who understands that great patient service and strong practice performance go hand in hand.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Present treatment plans: Clearly explain recommended dental treatment, procedures, benefits, and next steps in a way patients can understand.
  • Drive case acceptance: Help patients move forward with recommended treatment by addressing concerns, answering questions, and presenting available financial options.
  • Follow up consistently: Contact patients with unscheduled treatment plans and maintain organized follow-up lists to convert outstanding treatment into scheduled appointments.
  • Discuss financial arrangements: Explain treatment fees, insurance estimates, financing options, and payment arrangements accurately and professionally.
  • Coordinate with doctors: Review treatment plans with the clinical team to ensure accuracy and provide a seamless transition from diagnosis to scheduling.
  • Monitor performance: Track treatment acceptance, unscheduled treatment, scheduled production, and other assigned performance metrics.
  • Support practice goals: Take ownership of individual goals and contribute to the office's monthly production and collection targets.
  • Deliver exceptional patient service: Build trust, establish rapport, and ensure patients feel informed and comfortable throughout the treatment process.
  • Work as part of the team: Assist with scheduling, patient communication, and other front office responsibilities when needed.
  • Maintain accurate records: Document treatment discussions, patient concerns, financial arrangements, and follow-up activities in Open Dental.
  • Take ownership: Identify barriers to treatment acceptance and proactively develop solutions rather than waiting for direction.
Required Qualifications:
  • Previous dental office experience required; treatment coordination experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience presenting dental treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to confidently discuss treatment fees and help patients understand their options.
  • Open Dental experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and consistent follow-through.
  • Comfortable working toward measurable goals and performance expectations.
  • Professional, dependable, positive, and accountable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with doctors and the front office team.
The Person We Want to Hire
You are someone who:
  • Is confident discussing treatment and financial options with patients.
  • Understands that following up is just as important as presenting the treatment plan.
  • Is motivated by goals, results, and helping patients receive the care they need.
  • Can overcome objections professionally without pressuring patients.
  • Takes ownership of unscheduled treatment and follows through until there is a clear outcome.
  • Communicates well with doctors, patients, and teammates.
  • Brings solutions instead of excuses.
  • Understands that every patient interaction is an opportunity to build trust.

We are looking for someone who does more than hand patients a treatment plan. We need someone who builds confidence, follows through, and helps patients take the next step toward better oral health.
Benefits & Growth Opportunities:
  • Health insurance.
  • Dental insurance.
  • Paid time off (PTO).
  • Paid holidays.
  • Professional development and career growth opportunities.
  • Opportunity to grow with an established, privately owned dental practice.
